Natural Force Vanilla MCT Oil Review
This delicious sounding MCT oil is designed to be a fun way to incorporate MCTs into your daily routine. It claims to mix well into both hot and cold drinks and is sweetened with monk fruit and not sugar. We like that the MCTs are derived from coconut oil and that it provides both C8 and C10 MCTs. However, it seems to be a relatively expensive product. There are only 32 servings per bottle and it is advised to take 1 to 3 servings a day. There are no options for any bulk-buying discounts which is unfortunate, and a few customer reviews complained that the product arrived leaking which is very disappointing after you have spent all that money. There doesn’t appear to be any clear way to return the product due to leakage and be refunded. Continue reading to learn more about this product.
Is Natural Force Vanilla MCT Oil Effective?
On the whole, it seems to be a decent product as it contains both C8 and C10 MCTs and it is derived from coconut oil. However, as it is a flavored product, it is not pure MCT oil and some of the additional ingredients may water down the effects of the MCTs. These additional ingredients include organic gum arabic, organic vanilla flavor, sweet cream flavor, sorbic acid, sea salt, and monk fruit extract for sweetness. There is also a caramel flavored product too which seems to be out of stock.
The most common way customers seem to use this product is by mixing it in their morning coffee. There are very few reviews on the manufacturer’s site, but on Amazon we found a range of mixed reviews with a few complaints that this formula is very oily, difficult to pour and measure out, and doesn’t come in a dark glass bottle for protection against degradation. Most of the reviews from customers are about the taste, but not many mention if the product is actually providing them with any benefits.
Is Natural Force Vanilla MCT Oil Safe?
This product is marketed as safe and natural. As it contains coconuts, those who are allergic to tree nuts should avoid using this product. As with any supplement, pregnant and nursing women, children under the age of 18, and those with underlying medical conditions, should consult their doctor before use.
Summary
We like that this product derives its MCTs from coconut oil and that it includes both C8 and C10 MCTs which have been shown to be the most effective and the most easily absorbed by the body. Many customers have stated that this is a tasty product which they add to their morning coffee, however, how much benefit they actually receive is unclear and doesn’t seem to be the focus of what people are reporting back. If you are looking to feel the full benefits of an MCT oil, it would be better to go with a product that is pure MCT oil without any additional ingredients to water down its effects, like what is found in Natural Force Vanilla MCT Oil. So while this could be a fun way to take MCT oil, will you actually be gaining the most health benefits?
